Delivery Areas
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
Delivery Time
- Colombo District: 1-2 business days
- Western Province: 2-3 business days
- Other Areas: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs
- Colombo: Rs. 500
- Outstation: Rs. 800 - Rs. 1,500 (depending on location)
- FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 50,000 (Colombo district)
Tracking
We provide tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be in original condition
- All accessories and packaging included
- No signs of use or damage
- Original receipt/invoice required
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos
- 14-day window for defective item exchanges
- We arrange free pickup and replacement
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds issued via original payment method.

- Opened/used strings, picks, or consumables
- Custom-ordered items
- Clearance/sale items (unless defective)
